Personnel

Dr. A.P. Yang received BS in Petroleum Engineering from Petroleum University of China and Ph.D in Petroleum Engineering from University of Texas at Austin. He worked for CNPC (now PetroChina) Research in Beijing before coming to USA, and Texaco E&P Technology in Houston. Since 1998 he has been doing consulting and working on old oil wells. He is also a part-time professor at the Petroleum University of China.

Sandy Chen received BS in Thermal Energy & Power Engineering from the Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. She was a patent examiner in the State Intellectual Property Office of China (China's PTO) before moving to Houston in 2008.
